Some pieces had fallen off during shipping and the item is over priced for the actual value of the products used. Flimsy dials and plastic, stick on numbers.

Bestellung war unkompliziert und ging fix. Allerdings kam die Uhr an, da klebte die 3 nicht mehr. Wir haben die Uhr dann trotzdem behalten und die 3 wieder aufgeklebt. 3 viel natürlich runter und zerbrach in 2 Teile. Haben die 3 dann wieder zusammengeklebt. Das war sehr schade, denn die Uhr passt perfekt in unsere Wohnung.

I'll never order again ! Item ordered on 14th dec 2018 and received on 4th january 2019 : no comment... the seller just informed me that delivery may be longer in december. Since that delay appears to be usual each year, that info should have been mentioned on the website, thus I would've been warned and would'nt have purchased the clock since I expected to receive it for christmas. The seller did'nt investigate enough to track the parcel from the poland post. Not at all proactive. Besides no battery and hook or adhesive tape inside the box to hang the clock on the wall... The customer should be informed about as well ! Really a very disapointing experience !
